SB 848 was signed into law and becomes effective on July 1st, reinforcing regional stormwater treatment as a compliance pathway under Florida’s updated ERP framework. NST Completes New CMAC Installation at Seven Pines

NST recently completed installation of a new Continuous Monitoring and Adaptive Control system at Seven Pines in Jacksonville. The project demonstrates how existing stormwater ponds can be actively managed to increase treatment performance.

The system also shows how overtreatment under Applicant’s Handbook Volume I can be used to optimize nutrient removal across a larger development site.
